At Trailer Rental ABQ, LLC, we strive to provide flexible and fair rental policies for our customers. Please review our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Reservation Cancellations
Customers may cancel their trailer rental reservation and request a refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund of the rental payment, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
This fee is non-refundable as it covers payment processing costs charged by our payment provider.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
3. Early Returns
If a trailer is returned early, no partial refunds will be issued for unused rental time.
4. Condition of Returned Equipment
All trailers must be returned:
- On time
- In clean condition
- Without damage beyond normal wear and tear
Additional cleaning, repair, or late fees may apply as outlined in your rental agreement.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
6. Exceptions
Trailer Rental ABQ, LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Equipment unavailability
- Mechanical issues caused by the company
- Other circumstances at management’s discretion
7. Policy Changes
We may update this Return & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
